About Hometown Health System

From one pharmacy to a platform

In 2019, a single pharmacy opened in Campbellsville with a clear purpose: serve the people who needed care most. That commitment to high-need communities has grown into an integrated platform spanning retail and specialty pharmacy, community health centers, behavioral health, correctional care, and nonprofit community connection.
