Med Sync

Am I eligible?

Most patients taking multiple medications are good candidates for MedSync. We work with most insurance plans and can discuss options if cost is a concern. Talk to our pharmacy team to see if this service fits your needs.

What does it cost?

MedSync is free. You pay your regular copay or coinsurance for each medication, just as you would if picking them up separately. There are no additional fees for the synchronization service itself.

How do I enroll?

Call our pharmacy or visit in person and ask about MedSync. We'll review your current prescriptions, align the refill dates, and get you set up. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Can I change my sync date?

Yes. If the date we set doesn't work with your schedule, we can adjust it anytime. Just let us know what works better and we'll make the change.

What if I need a refill early?

We can fill any medication early if you're running low. MedSync is flexible and designed to work around your life, not the other way around.

Home Delivery

Who is eligible for home delivery?

Most patients with active prescriptions can use our home delivery service. We work with Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans. Call us to confirm your coverage.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Kentucky and surrounding regions. Check your zip code on our website or contact us to confirm service in your area.

Is there a cost for delivery?

Home delivery is covered by most insurance plans at no extra charge. We'll verify your coverage when you sign up.

How do I request home delivery?

Call us, use our website, or ask your doctor to send your prescription directly. We'll handle the rest and confirm your delivery date.

Are my medications safe during delivery?

Yes. We use temperature-controlled packaging and track every delivery. Your medications arrive in the same condition as if you picked them up in person.

Vaccinations

Are vaccines safe?

Vaccines undergo rigorous testing before approval and are continuously monitored for safety. Our pharmacists review your health history to ensure each vaccine is right for you. We follow CDC guidelines and report any concerns through established safety systems.

What vaccines do you offer?

We provide flu, COVID-19, shingles, pneumonia, Tdap, travel vaccines, and pediatric immunizations. Our pharmacists can discuss which vaccines match your age, health status, and travel plans. Call us to learn which vaccines are recommended for you.

Do you accept insurance?

Most major insurance plans cover preventive vaccines at no cost to you. We verify your coverage before your appointment and handle billing directly. If you're uninsured, we offer affordable pricing and can discuss payment options.

Can I get multiple vaccines at once?

Yes, most vaccines can be given together safely. Our pharmacists will review your vaccination history and recommend the best schedule for you. We'll ensure proper spacing if certain vaccines need to be given separately.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Call your nearest Hometown Pharmacy location or visit us in person to book your vaccination. Walk-ins are welcome when our pharmacists are available. You can also ask about scheduling during your next pharmacy visit.
